wood chunks

I received the wood a few days after I placed the order. I tried it with my salmon, and it was great. My only suggestion would be to have each piece of wood cut in half. Fish doesn't take too long to cook, so I don't need a big chunk in the smoker. Two smaller pieces could be used if somebody wanted to.
