We also enjoy helping people discover the wonderful flavors specialty woods add to outdoor grilling and smoking of meats, fish and vegetables.

We cut, split, package and ship the woods ourselves and we use them in BBQ competitions so you know that we know a little about Barbeque. Anyone can sell you woods products; we actually use ours to in Grilling, Smoking, and Barbecue of beef, chicken, pork and seafood.

I have so many pits, grills and tools I am not sure where they all are..lol.

We travel to KCBS sanctioned events to learn and practice our skills and meet all the Great people who love to BBQ in Minnesota and beyond.

We offer different Hardwood Smoking and Grilling product lines that cater to your different cooking methods and tastes. From Grilling Planks to Chips to Chunks and Minnesota made 100% pure pellets.

We also offer smoking products from our friends to allow you to see what is possible when you use the highest quality products and to allow you to use different techniques. All are available at a reasonable cost, to allow you to experiment, practice and develop your BBQ abilities techniques.
