Simple Grilled Plank Shrimp

Ingredients

20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
10 slices bacon

Directions
1. Preheat grill for medium heat.

2. Wrap shrimp in bacon.

3. Arrange shrimp on cedar or Alder plank, place on grill rack. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.


The shrimp will be done when the bacon is fully cooked.

Keep water bottle handy.
